You can prepare a wonderful morning meal using simple ingredients. Italian Omelet can be prepared at home without any hassle. The items required are diced pancetta, grated Fontina, baby arugula and eggs. The presence of eggs makes this dish rich in protein which is healthy for the kid’s body.

Steps:

1. Take a medium sized skillet. You need to first cook the pancetta till they grow crispy. Then keep them on a paper towel.

2. Take a bowl and add eggs and season it with salt and pepper. Whisk it well.

3. Pour the eggs on the skillet and cook it. Make sure both sides are cooked by keeping it for 2-3 minutes.

4. Now the final step is to top the eggs with cheese and pancetta.

Cover it and cook it further. You can garnish the content with arugula.
