Relishing Malai Capsicum
You can prepare this yummy dish at home which would be loved by all. Malai Capsicum can be prepared using chopped capsicum, onions, tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and cream. Capsicum is a rich source of Vitamin C and cream add to the required level of protein to make it a healthy dish.
1. The first step is to heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add tomatoes and onions. Saute it well till the onions turn golden.
2. The next step is to add capsicum and all the other ingredients. Mix it well.
3. Cook the content till the capsicum grows soft.
4. The final step is to add cream and mix well.
