Relishing Vegetable Korma
This is a curry dish that has numerous flavors. Little kids would love the exquisite taste of this savoring food recipe. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits which are added to this dish. This makes this curry item rich in fiber and vitamin content.
1. The first step is to heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and once they crackle then add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, green chilli paste and onion puree. Mix it well for at least 5 minutes.
2. Now the next step is to add veggies (cauliflower, carrot, green peas, baby corn, capsicum and French beans). Add salt along with water and milk. Cover the kadhai and let the content cook till the veggies grow tender.
3. Now add cream, pineapple, garam masala, paneer and the remaining milk. Cook it for another 3 minutes.
