Rice Flour Dosa

Ingredients: 1 Cup Rice Flour, 3 tbsp Rava, 2 Cups Water, 1 Medium Onion, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 tbsp Chopped Curry Leaves, To Taste Salt, To Cook Oil
1. Finely chop onion, coriander and curry leaves.
2. In a bowl add rice flour, rava, salt mix well, add water to make a batter.
3. Add onion, coriander and curry leaves, cumin seeds and mix well.
4. Heat a pan and drop one ladle of batter on to it. Flip dosa and cook for a minute in medium to high heat or until it gets cooked. Serve with chutney.
