Looking for an unusual breakfast recipe? Try this delicious rice flour recipe, full of the goodness of carbohydrates from the rice flour.

Ingredients: 1 Cup ­ Rice Flour, 3 tbsp ­ Rava, 2 Cups ­ Water, 1 ­ Medium Onion, 1/2 tsp ­ Cumin Seeds, 1 tbsp ­ Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 tbsp ­ Chopped Curry Leaves, To Taste ­ Salt, To Cook ­ Oil

Steps:

1. Finely chop onion, coriander and curry leaves.

2. In a bowl add rice flour, rava, salt mix well, add water to make a batter.

3. Add onion, coriander and curry leaves, cumin seeds and mix well.

4. Heat a pan and drop one ladle of batter on to it. Flip dosa and cook for a minute in medium to high heat or until it gets cooked. Serve with chutney.
