Rice is an important part of our daily diet for all the carb content it has. This rice dish a delicious way to have rice.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked rice, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 1/2 tsp curds, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp finely chopped onions, oil for frying
1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat the oil and drop portions of batter in the oil with a spoon.
3. Deep fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
