Roasted Yummy Golden Carrot Coins
Here is an awesome evening snack which is loaded with health benefits. It is healthy and nutritious at the same time. Carrot is rich in dietary fibers, vitamin C, B-6 and K. It is also a good source of antioxidants.
4 carrots, 1/4 tsb paprika, 1 tsb olive oil, 1/4 tsb salt
1. Preheat the oven at 400F.
2. Wash the carrots thoroughly and clean it. Cut all carrots in a coin size.
3. Now, take a baking tray, place all carrot coins on it. Season it with paprika, olive and salt.
4. Roast it for 30 minutes, after that let it cool down to room temperature.
Serve as it is or with hung curd dip.
