Salami And Pepper Pasta
This is an exciting dish which can be prepared within no time. You can make Salami & Pepper Pasta using ounces pasta, EVOO, red bell pepper, fresh rosemary, cloves garlic, grated parmesan, vinegar and ounces salami. The presence of salami adds to the protein content in this recipe.
1. You need to first cook the pasta. Drain it and save ¾ of the pasta water.
2. Take a large skillet and add EVOO. Cook red bell pepper along with rosemary, garlic and parmesan. Make sure you do not lower the flames before 7 minutes.
3. Stir the content and then add the remaining items. Then add the pasta water and cook for another 2 minutes.
