Savoring Sweet Corn Soup
Corn is a healthy food item that consist starch, fiber and protein. This is an excellent source of energy and a healthy recipe which can be prepared using a can of cream style corn, corn flour, butter, water and salt.
1. The first step is to take ½ cup of water and add corn flour to it. Keep this mix aside.
2. Take a saucepan and heat butter. Add corn and 3 cups of water. Stir it well.
3. To this add the corn flour mix and stir it well.
4. Let the content boil for another 2-3 minutes. You can add salt to taste.
