Ingredients: 6 skinless chicken breasts, 2 large onions, ¼ cup olive oil, 1/3 cup curry powder


 1. You need to heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute till it turns golden. 

 2. Slowly add the curry powder. Let the ingredients blend and then add the chicken breasts. 

 3. Cover the skillet and simmer over medium flame for about 45 mins. 

 4. Remove the cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Wait for the sauce to reduce.
