Skinny Carrot Fries
Getting obese these days, you can keep fit, without compromising on the taste of food. We bring you this carrot chips recipe, which has goodness of Vitamin A and C, includes healthy fats and the right among of chips, with little natural sugars and healthy carbs.
1. Cut carrots 1 cm thick into the shape of fries. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. of corn flour with black pepper. Coat fries with the mixture. Add water, if needed.
2. Spread it on baking tray with parchment. Drizzle oil Bake at 200 C for 35-45 mins till crunchy. Once done, add little salt, toss with basic Indian masalas or tarragon and serve with ketchup.
