Small Orange Sandesh
Sandesh is a Bengali sweet dish which can be prepared at home in quick steps. Kids would cherish this food item without throwing any tantrums. All you need is orange essence, grated paneer, orange squash, powdered sugar, chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. The presence of grated paneer adds to the protein content of this dish.
1. You need to combine all the ingredients leaving almonds and pistachio. Take a big Thaali and knead the content well.
2. Now refrigerate the content for at least 15 minutes.
3. The next step is to divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and create a ball. Flatten each ball so as to create a depression.
