Soft Missi Rotis
You can prepare yummy Missi Rotis at home without much effort. The basic requirement is to have fresh ingredients such as besan, whole wheat flour, pain flour, dried fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, chilli powder, hing, soya oil and turmeric powder. The presence of different varieties of flour makes this food item rich in carbohydrates.
1. The first step is to combine all the ingredients in a big bowl along with water. Kneed the content well to prepare soft dough. Keep it aside for at least 10 minutes and again knead the dough using soya oil.
2. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
3. Roll out each portion into thick circles having 150 mm diameter.
4. Cook each circle on the tava using ½ teaspoon soya oil.
Cook the rotis from both sides and serve it hot. Try it today!
