Southern Turkey Club Sandwich
Protein-rich food items like Turkey and Bacon should be an important part of our diet. Not only does it keep us full and satisfied, but it also keeps the body energized.
1. You need to first cook bacon until it gets a brown colour. Then season the turkey with salt and pepper and keep it aside.
2. Take a small bowl and add avocado, lime juice along with jalapenos. Use a fork to mash them well. Add salt and pepper to this mixture.
3. Now spread this avocado mixture on one side of every slice of toast. Layer the bacon, turkey and toast to form a sandwich.
You can serve it with ketchup or any dip. You can decorate it with lettuce leaves to attract the kids. Your child can consume it during breakfast or can carry it in his lunchbox.
