Speedy Stir Fry
Want something fancy but quick for your kid? Then this stir fry is a perfect idea. With protein chicken (you can substitute it with paneer), veggies and rice, this is going to be a hit with any hungry (or even a non-hungry) kid!
1. Cool basmati rice in water for about 15-18 minutes. Drain excess water and keep rice warm.
2. In a saucepan, add vegetable oil, green beans, carrots, onion or any other veggies. Stir till the beans are tender and onions look slightly golden. Add in the chicken and cook.
3. Add garlic, pickle, and chilli paste to the mix. Mix together soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch in a bowl. Add it to the saucepan and let the mixture cook for about 3-4 minutes. Let the sauce thicken.
Serve it with rice! Amazingly easy, isn’t?
