Peanuts are counted among world’s top healthiest foods as they are rich in vitamins, essential nutrients and minerals and antioxidants. Here’s an interesting recipe, all the way from Tamil Nadu, that can help you make you love peanuts. 

Ingredients: 100 grams of raw peanuts, oil to cook, a pinch of mustard seeds, one or two red chillies, salt to taste, a few curry leaves, 1 teaspoon of grated coconut. 

Steps: 

1. Soak the peanuts and leave it overnight. Next morning, cook them in a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Drain and remove from the cooker. 

2. Heat oil in a pan and throw in the mustard seeds. Wait for them to splutter and and then add red chillies, curry leaves and cooked peanuts. Add salt and stir. 

3. Saute for a few seconds and add grated coconut.
