Green vegetables are usually hated by most of them. Parents can make some dishes interesting by experimenting with different food items. One can prepare Spinach Ricotta with shells using small pasta shells, olive oil, baby spinach, ricotta cheese and grated parmigiano cheese. 1. Take a large bowl to heat water along with pasta and salt. Cook it well until it gets gentle. Drain it and keep it aside.

2. Take a large skillet and add olive oil. Heat onion and garlic till the onion gains a brown colour. Now add spinach to it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

3. The final step involves adding the spinach mixture along with parmigiano cheese to the pasta.
