Yummy Stuffed Sandwich
There are days when you really don’t know what should be cooked for lunch. But not anymore! This yummy recipe is perfect lunchtime meal. Plus, it can be prepared using whole-wheat bread- which has complex carbs and goodness of fiber. Or you can use bagels for the sandwich.
Ingredients to make Yummy Stuffed Sandwich:
Chicken (shredded), diced baby carrots, whipped cream cheese, small pieces of cucumber, tomato, salt, pepper
Steps to make Yummy Stuffed Sandwich:
1. Mix chicken (shredded or leftover), diced baby carrots, whipped cream cheese (or milk cream), salt-pepper, small pieces of cucumber and tomato together.
2. Toss the mixture and fill it on the bread.
3. Make a sandwich. Use it as it is or put the bread in a sandwich toaster to add the grilled toast effect.
Your fresh lunchtime meal is ready.
