Summer Cool Panakam
Kids are fond of summer drinks which are tasty and relishing. You can prepare this excellent summer drink which can be prepared using dried ginger powder, grated Jaggery, peppercorns, crushed cardamom and lemon juice. The presence of lemon juice adds to the citric content, that is, Vitamin C which is good for the human body.
1. The first step is to take 2 cups of water and add Jaggery to it. Make sure it gets dissolved and then strain it.
2. Add ginger powder and boil the content.
3. The final step is to strain the mixture and add lemon juice, cardamom along with peppercorns.
4. Serve it chilled. This is a simple recipe which doesn’t require much effort.
You can prepare such drinks at home which are healthy. There are no food colors or added preservatives involved.
