Sweet Corn Chaat is a quick easy-to-make recipe that would be craved for. Corn is a healthy food item which is rich in carbohydrates, Vitamin B-6 and iron. Moreover, this recipe also includes paneer which is a superb source of calcium, protein and potassium. Your can have this dish either during lunch or sometime in the evening. 

Ingredients:  1 cup corn kennels, 10 paneer or tofu cubes, ½ small onion finely chopped, ½ carrot, ½ small tomato finely chopped, 1 green chilli, chat masala powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. 

Steps:

 1. You need to first wash the corn under running water.

 2. Now boil the corn kernels in a large bowl filled with water. Drain water completely. 

 3. Cut paneer into small chunks. Now, you need to tawa fry the paneer using ghee. 

 4. The final step is to add all the ingredients and toss it well. 

 Serve it hot to surprise. Try now!
