Chatpata sprouts is delicious, easy and quick to prepare and is loaded with the goodness of moong sprouts, which means you get a good dosage of protein and calcium in one dish. 

Ingredients: Moong sprouts (1 cup), one large tomato finely diced, 1 capsicum chopped, half a cup of shredded cabbage, one large onion finely chopped, 2-3 tablespoons of sweet corn, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of black salt, ½ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste

Steps: 

1. Take all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

2. Mix well by tossing the ingredients in the bowl.
