Are you fond of mangoes? Then you need to try some tasty aamras! Mangoes are a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and fibre.
Ingredients: 400 grams mangoes peeled and chopped, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 pinch saffron strands, sugar- 1 tsp
1. Blend the chopped mango pieces, along with cardamom powder, saffron strands and sugar.
2. Stir very well. If required to thin down the aamras, you can add some milk or water.
3. Pour in small bowls and set in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
