Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 sweet lime.
1. Peel, wash, and cube carrots.
2. Blend in food processor along with some water to form a smooth paste.
3. Now sieve it carefully using a muslin cloth.
4. Add the juice of 1 sweet lime to the carrot juice.
5. Add water if required and serve immediately.
