Tasty and Tangy Aam Panna
You will love this tangy taste and it is a great drink to cool off during the hot summer days. Aam Panna is known to combat the effects of a heat wave. This can be made in advance and refrigerated. Raw Mangoes are excellent source of Vitamin C, which is comparatively more than ripe mangoes. It is also a good source of Vitamins B.
To make Tasty and Tangy Aam Panna:
1. Take 2 medium Raw Mangoes and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
2. Cool, peel, deseed and mash the pulp well in a food processor.
3. Put the pulp in deep bowl and add 2 cups of water, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp black salt and 1 tsp roasted cumin powder. Whisk well.
4. Add 2 tsp chopped mint leaves.
5. Serve over crushed ice.
