Tasty Egg-In-A Pepper!
Time to try a complete vitamin, mineral and colourful breakfast. You can prepare an easy and refreshing meal with very little ingredients in your hand. And you can make it any time as it is completely hassle-free. This dish is very high in calcium and protein and also rich in vitamin A and D. Peppers is loaded with vitamins.
3 eggs, 1( ¼) inch thick ring bell pepper, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cut the bell peppers in round shape adding all the colours (Red, Green and Yellow). Then place the bell pepper ring in the pan.
2. Crack eggs into the bell pepper rings; cook until bottom holds together and corners are browned for 2-3 minutes.
3. Flip and cook until desired doneness is reached.
4. 2-3 minutes more ; season with salt and ground black pepper.
And your breakfast is ready!
