Tasty Stuffed Rice Rolls
Experiment with this Tasty Stuffed Rice Rolls dish. It is full of carbohydrates and protein. So give it a try.
Ingredients: 100 gms brown rice, 100 gms white rice, 4 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp white sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp asafoetiga, 3 tsp grated paneer, 3 tsp grated coconut, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice, cashew nuts finely chopped.
1.Soak both the rice separately for 4 hours, grind it finely, add salt and keep it to ferment for 4 hours.
2. Take the paste in a bowl, add 2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp white sesame seeds,1/2 tsp asafoetiga and mix it well.
3.Take the vadam stand and spread sesame oil on it, then spread the rice paste on it. Keep it in the cooker for steaming for 10 minutes.
4. Now for the filling, take grated paneer, coconut, finely chopped green chillies, garlic, ginger 1 tsp each, finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp salt and sugar according to taste. Add lemon juice and cashew nuts. Mix everything nicely.
5. Take out the round steamed rice base, fill it with the mixture and fold it, first from the sides and then roll from the back.
6. It is finally ready to serve. Eat with your favorite sauce.
A very healthy evening snack. It has all the healthy ingredients with very less oil.
