Tomato cucumber sandwich is really easy to make and is a perfect recipe for breakfast. It uses tomatoes and cucumbers, which are a rich source of potassium, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Ingredients: 8-10 slices of brown bread, 1 tomato thinly sliced, 1 cucumber thinly sliced, freshly crushed black pepper, cumin powder, butter, salt. 

Steps:

 1. Butter the bread slices. 

 2. Place the thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumber and sprinkle pepper powder, salt and cumin powder on the top. 

 3. Place another slice on top. 

 4. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup.
