Looking for something different to cook with tomatoes? How about our super recipe for Tomato Dosa? Tomatoes are full of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and potassium.

Ingredients: Dosa Batter, Tomato - 2 chopped, Coconut - 3 tbsp, Curry leaves - 1 sprig, Salt to taste, Oil- 1 tbsp + for pan frying


1.  Heat oil. Add tomatoes and salt and cook for 3 mins till mushy. Blend along with coconut into a puree.

2.  Add this to dosa batter along with curry leaves. Mix well.

3.  Heat a tawa and spread the dosa evenly on it. Drizzle some oil around the sides and cook for a min on one side. Flip over and cook. Serve hot with chutney.
