One of the best ways to get your kids to eat wholesome fruits, is by making them in a salsa and serving them in a delightful manner that entices the kids to have them. Make this yummy fruit salsa today to give your kids the nutrition they need.

Ingredients: 1 cup of pineapple, 1 medium size mango, ¾ cup strawberries, 2 medium size kiwis, ¼ cup coconut flakes, 1 tsp. fresh mint, 1 medium size lime

Steps:

1. Chop together all the mangoes, kiwi, mint, pineapple and strawberries.

2. In a bowl, extract the juice of the lime and combine all the ingredients together. Mix well.

3. For serving, use cooked chicken or se food or baked pita chips. Can also be refrigerated easily for up to 2 days.
