If you need something interesting and nutritious then there is an easy-to-make salad item which would suit your purpose. The ingredients are very healthy and fresh. You can even create your own version by experimenting with the various items used.

Steps:

1. The first step is to take a bowl and add 400 g cannellini beans which are drained.

2. Add tuna olive oil and along with it red onion which are thinly sliced.

3. Add 2 sticks celery which are thickly sliced along with lemon juice ½ cup.

4. Further add oregano and garlic to add more flavour. Mix the ingredients and serve it to the kids. The savoring taste and alluring aroma of this salad is irresistible.

This is a dish which would be snatched and cannellini bean is a good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Potassium, and a very good source of Manganese.
