Two Minutes Whole Wheat Mug Cake!
This instant mug cake is a best solution for anyone between hunger pans. It's a healthy and complete meal, packed with carbohydrates, protein & fat. The best part is that you can prepare this when running short of time too.
Ingredients : Dry ingredients: 1/4 cup wheat flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, pinch of salt baking soda & baking powder.
Wet ingredients: 1 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, dash of vanilla extract
1. Sieve flour then add all the dry ingredients.
2. Pour this mixture in any coffee mug.
3. Then slowly add wet ingredients, keep mixing.
4. Whisk the whole mixture till it become smooth.
5. Cook it in the microwave oven untill it gets puffed, maybe for 2 minutes.
