Pineapples, besides being tasty, are loaded with essential nutrients such as potassium, carbohydrates, Vitamin C, dietary fibre, Vitamin A, proteins, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Ingredients: 2 ½ cups of chopped pineapples, 4-6 ice cubes, 200 ml thick coconut milk, 2-3 tbsp sugar, a few pineapple wedges for garnishing.
1. Put the pineapples and sugar in a mixer jar and blend into a smooth juice.
2. Next add the ice cubes and coconut milk and blend again.
3. Pour out into tall glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
