Make delicious poppy Apricot Balls for the kids when they crave for a snack item as Apricots are an excellent source of vitamin A and C. The recipe is simple and can be created within no time. You can even add chocolate to make a savoring dessert for the kids. The items required are plain sweet biscuit, apricots, condensed milk and desiccated coconut.

The Steps Are:

1. The first step is to place the sweet biscuits into a plastic bag and crush them to make small crumbs.

2. Use scissors to cut the apricots into small pieces. Take a bowl and put condensed milk along with ¾ cup of coconut.

3. Now stir this mixture well and create small balls with it. Cover each of these balls with coconut and place them in a tray. Refrigerate these apricot balls for 30-90 minutes.
