Yummy Jaggery Parantha
There are some mouth-watering dishes which can be created at home. You can please your kids with this delicious Jaggery parantha. The items required for this dish are Atta (wheat dough), 1 tbsp Jaggery, 1 tbsp ghee and dry flour.
1. The first step is to take a ball of wheat dough and spread it on the slab. Spread small amount of ghee and pour liquid Jaggery.
2. Roll this dough so that Jaggery stays at the centre. Make a ball again and then using a rolling-pin to form a parantha.
3. The final step is to heat a frying pan using oil or butter.
