Yummy Potato Sandwich
Potato sandwiches are easy to prepare and are a quick and easy breakfast option. This potato sandwich is loaded with the goodness of potatoes and capsicum. Potatoes are rich sources of pantothenic acid, dietary fibre, niacin, phosphorus, manganese, Vitamin C, copper and potassium. Capsicums offer a whole load of Vitamin C. Ingredients: 8-10 slices of bread, 1 large potato, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions, ¼ cup of finely chopped bell peppers, ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder, salt to taste, butter as required.
1. Pressure cook the potato. Once it has cooled, mash it and add the chopped onions, finely chopped bell peppers, chaat masala, red chilli powder and set aside.
2. Butter all sides of the bread and toast it on a heated griddle.
3. Remove from flame and place the filling. Top it with another piece of toasted bread.
