Zesty Apple Cider

Apple Cider is one of the easiest recipes that you can try at home. Apple cider is nothing but apple juice, which is a rich source of antioxidants, pectin, iron, Vitamin C and flavonoids – essential nutrients that ensure overall good health.
Ingredients: Two fresh and ripe apples, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
1. Clean and remove the core of the apples.
2. Cut into small pieces and make a pulp of it in a blender.
3. Take a sieve and run this pulp through it. Collect the juice in a tumbler.
4. Flavour with lemon juice.
