Apple Banana Pudding
Here is one meal for your child that caters to his needs. Banana is rich in vitamin B6, iron, calcium, riboflavin and niacin. The combination of apple and banana is just delicious. Go ahead, surprise your baby with this sweet pudding.
Ingredients: ½ cup banana (chopped), ½ cup apple (peeled and chopped), 1 and ½ tbsp jaggery, ½ tsp ghee, 1 digestive biscuit (crushed)
1. Heat the ghee in a pan and sauté the chopped fruits till they are soft.
2. Add jaggery and mix well till it dissolves.
3. Add the biscuit to the mixture, stir for 2 minutes and then the dish is ready.
Serve this yummy pudding lukewarm to your little one and watch his face light up with a smile.
