Try this bread besan toast recipe. Besan has loads of healthy minerals and helps keep your immunity strong.

Ingredients: 1 cup Besan, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon salt, a big pinch of hing, ¾ cup water, 1 onion, finely chopped, 6-8 sprigs coriander leaves, finely chopped, 5 cloves garlic, minced, 5-6 slices bread, oil for frying

Steps:

1.  Take besan and add the salt, turmeric, hing and cumin seeds. Add ¾ cup of water and make a batter. Set aside.

2.  Add onion, garlic and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well. Add water little by little to make a thick batter.

3.  Heat a griddle until hot. Dip the bread in the batter and shallow fry on both sides on a low flame until brown and crisp and toasted. Serve hot.
