You should introduce all type of nutritious food with different taste so you don't become a fussy eater. Here is one amazing recipe. Carrot is a rich source of antioxidant, it helps to stimulate Vitamin A in the body. Green beans are full of protein and vitamin. So let’s start this great combination pure.

Ingredients: 1 cup grated carrot, 1 medium size onion chopped, 1 cup cooked rice, 2 tbs ghee, 1/4 tbs cumin powder, 1/4 tbs coriander leaves, few curry leaves, 1 small boiled potato, 3 tsp green beans puree (chop some beans, add it in boiling water when beans become tender, blend it with a few spoons of water).

Steps: 

1. Take a non-stick pan, heat it on gas, add ghee in it, now add curry leaves and chopped onions and stir it on medium heat till onions turn translucent.

2. Add cumin and coriander powder and roast it on low flame for 1 minute. 

3. Add grated carrot and potato cubes. Stir it in the pan till the raw smell disappears.

4. Now add green beans puree, mix it well and put 1 of cup cooked rice in the pan and mix it properly.

Your yummy tasty carrot rice is ready.
