Cheesy Veg Uttapam
You need to try out this delicious cheese uttapam recipe. This comes loaded with the goodness of carbohydrates, proteins and calcium.
Ingredients: Idli/dosa batter - 1/2 cup, Grated carrot - 3 tbsp, Grated cheese - as needed, Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, Finely chopped onions - ½ cup, Oil for frying
1. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Batter should not be too thick or too thin.
2. After bubbles start to appear, sprinkle some of the carrots, onions, and coriander on top.
3. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the uttapam and cook for a minute on low heat.
4. Flip the uttapam and leave it for few seconds. Again flip and sprinkle grated cheese. Cook till cheese melts. Serve hot.
A cheesy delight – serve some right away!
