Treat yourself with Cherry Orange Smoothie that can be prepared at home without any hassle. The presence of orange and cherries add health nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, potassium, Vitamin A and carbohydrates. This drink can be offered either in the morning or evening time. 

Ingredients:  ½ cup water, 2 blood oranges, ½ cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries, ½ fresh or frozen banana, 1tbsp coconut oil, sea salt, chia seeds.

Steps:

 1. You need to place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it to form a smooth content. 

 2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. 

 3. Mix it further. 

 Pour the smoothie into four glasses. Try the recipe today!
