Creamy Corn Vegetable Soup
Soups are a great dish as they are very nutritious. This recipe is full of the goodness of corn, which is rich in Vitamin B6, Potassium, and magnesium.
Ingredients: 2 cups corn kernels, 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups water, 2 tablespoon chopped onion, 4 tablespoon finely chopped carrots, 2 tablespoon finely chopped french beans, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon butter, salt to taste
1. Boil the corn kernels and make a puree with milk.
2. Melt butter in pan and add the chopped veggies. Saute for 7 to 8 minutes on a medium flame.
3. Add the prepared corn puree. Add 1.5 cups water, 1 cup milk and stir well.
4. Simmer on a low flame for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
A wonderful dish to serve on a cold day!
