Fruit and Dal Soup

Fruit and Dal is an excellent recipe that would be loved by your toddler. This is a simple dish which can be prepared without any hassle. You would need chopped chickoo that is a wonderful source of Vitamin C, carbohydrates and potassium. Apart from this, milk is also used which offer calcium, protein and Vitamin B-12. 

Ingredients:  1 cup chopped muskmelon, ½ cup chopped chickoo, 2 tbsp moong dal, 2 tbsp almonds, ½ cup milk and 2 dates. 


 1. You need to combine all the ingredients and blend it in a mixer to form a smooth puree. 

 2. Add water to check consistency.
