Try making this tasty Gheur! Matar or green peas are loaded with vitamins, are high in fiber, low in fat and are a good source of vegetable protein.

Ingredients: Maida- ½ cup ,Water- as required,Salt - to taste,Ajwain seeds- ½ tsp,Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp, finely chopped,Fresh peas- 1/4 cup, coarsely crushed,Oil for frying.

Steps:

1.Take maida and add water as required to make a runny consistency batter. Keep aside for fermentation for about 1 ½ hours.

2. After 1 ½ hours, take maida batter, add coriander leaves, ajwain seeds, salt to taste and crushed peas into it. Mix well.

3. Now take a kadhai or pan, heat oil, and pour this batter gently to make a round net shape.

4. Fry only on one side. Crispy Gheur is ready! Serve with curd or aloo ki sabji.
