Lentil Bolognese is a unique recipe which can be prepared using healthy food elements. Lentil is a wonderful source of iron, Vitamin B-6 and potassium. Carrot is also present in the recipe that offers Vitamin A, dietary fiber and Vitamin C. 

Ingredients:  2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 6 mushrooms, 1 zucchini, 1 red capsicum, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tin brown lentils, 1 carrot chopped. 


 1. Take a frying pan and heat oil. 

 2. Add onion as well as garlic. Cook it for 2 min. 

 3. Now add carrot, mushrooms, zucchini and capsicum. Cook the content for 5 min. 

 4. The final step is to add oregano, lentils and tomatoes. Cook for atleast 15 min.
