Mild Chicken Curry
This recipe is very flavorful and offers an excellent rush of nutrients. Mild Chicken Curry requires a cooking time of 20 minutes which can be prepared without any hassle. Chicken breast is the sole source of protein that is present in this recipe. Coconut milk is another prime element of this dish that is rich in calcium, sodium, Vitamin C, E, B1, B5, B6 and iron.
Ingredients: Chicken breasts, Carrots, Sunflower oil, Onion, Garlic, Coconut milk, Curry Sauce
1. The first step is to heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken and stir it for about 5 minutes.
2. Now, take off the chicken and keep it aside.
3. The next step is to pour the remaining oil to the pan. Add onion and sauté it well. Now add garlic and stir it for another 3 minutes.
4. Curry sauce needs to be added along with coconut milk, chicken stock and chicken pieces. Cook the content for 15 minutes max.
