Mixed Veggie Cutlet

Introduce this recipe which is healthy and highly pleasing! This recipe provides various benefits to your health. Carrot is rich in calcium, iron, potassium, copper, manganese, vitamins C and K. Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates, vitamin B, vitamin C, promoting healthy skin, bones and hair. 

Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 potato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp peas, 1/2 beetroot, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch cumin powder, 1 pinch garam masala, 1 pinch red chilli powder, 1 pinch coriander powder,  salt, ghee

Steps:

1. First, wash and boil all the veggies. 

2. Strain the water and take out the veggies in a separate vessel. Add all the ingredients and mix well. 

3. Take required quantity of mixture between palms and make the desired shape. 

4. Heat a pan, put little ghee, and pan fry them. 

Serve hot with sauce or chutney or just like that.
