You all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It keeps us active and energetic throughout the morning. It is important that you provide a healthy, tasty, and nutritious breakfast to your kid. Next time, when you run out of dosa batter, you can try this Oats and Banana Smoothie instead.  

Ingredients: 2 tbsp oats, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 banana (peeled and cubed), 2 tsp honey, and 1 tbsp walnuts chopped.

Steps:

1. Cook oats in 1/2 cup of water and allow it to cool. This will take only 2-3 minutes.

2. Combine cooked oats, yogurt, chopped banana, honey, and a little milk.  Blend till smooth.

3. Add the rest of the milk and blend again.

4. Add chopped Walnuts and serve chilled.
