You need to treat yourself with wonderful recipes that are healthy and delicious at the same time. Orange Protein Shake can be prepared at home without much hassle. You would be requiring orange juice which is a good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Moreover, banana is also used in the recipe which adds protein, carbohydrates and Vitamin B-6. 

Ingredients:  1 cup orange juice, 1 frozen banana, 2 tbsp. vanilla greek yogurt, 1 ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Steps:

 1. You need to place all the ingredients into a blender. Make sure you first pour the orange juice. 

 2. Blend the ingredients well in order to create a smooth mixture. 

 3. Add ice and mix it further. 

 4. Check if the content is too thick, then you can add more orange juice, in little amount. If you feel it is not sweet, then add more yogurt. 

 This a useful healthy recipe which should be tried today itself.
