Ingredients: 1 cup freshly grated paneer, 3 cups milk, 4 tbsp sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder, 1 tbsp almond and pistachio slivers
1. Combine the milk and sugar in a deep pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside and allow it to cool completely.
2. Once cooled, add the cardamom powder and paneer and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled garnished with almond and pistachio slivers.
