Pineapple & Cottage Cheese Sandwich
Sandwich dishes are easy-to-make and are admired by all of us. Pineapple and Cottage Cheese will make an excellent combination for a Sandwich. The presence of pineapple makes the recipe rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6 and potassium. Moreover, paneer adds to offer calcium, protein and fat. You can serve this recipe preferably during breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients: 2 cups finely chopped pineapple, ¼ grated paneer, 1 tbsp fresh cream, powdered sugar and 4 brown bread slices.
1. You need to combine the paneer, pineapple, cream and sugar by blending it in a mixer.
2. A spread would be formed.
3. Apply this spread on bread slices and cut the edges.
4. You can cut the sandwiches in whichever shape you want.
